How do I get started?
Complete a brief medical history form. This will assist the medical healthcare provider in tailoring a personalized treatment plan for you.
How will I receive my medication?
Medications can either be delivered directly to your home or picked up at your local pharmacy, depending on your insurance coverage.
Are there any upfront costs?
The only upfront cost is the initial telehealth appointment fee. If you are deemed ineligible for treatment, this fee will be refunded. If you are eligible, the remaining portion of the monthly program fee will be charged after your appointment.
How much does the program cost?
Our pricing is transparent, and all costs are clearly displayed before you commit. We aim to make our program both convenient and affordable.

How do I schedule a telehealth appointment with a healthcare provider?

Can I request a specific medication?
Yes, you can request specific medications, but approval depends on medical necessity, insurance coverage, and provider discretion.
What if my medication delivery is delayed?
We strive to avoid delays. If there is any delay, a team member will contact you with an update.
Will I receive a shipment tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Does health insurance cover the cost of the program?
No, the monthly program fee is separate from any coverage your insurance may provide for medications.

GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) medications are receptor agonists that help regulate blood sugar levels and reduce appetite by mimicking a hormone naturally produced in the intestines. It is recommended to contact your healthcare provider for additional information.
What are the common side effects of GLP-1 medications?
Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and constipation. Some people may also experience headaches, fatigue, indigestion, dizziness, abdominal distension, belching, hypoglycemia (low blood glucose) in people with type 2 diabetes, flatulence, gastroenteritis, and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). It can also cause pancreatitis, gastroparesis, and bowel obstruction. Contact your healthcare provider if you are experiencing any side effects.
